Frequently Asked Questions

A basic facial is a skincare procedure involving removing dead skin cells, pore cleaning, and using a specific mask to treat common issues. This multi-step process attempts to nourish and regenerate facial skin, making it appear healthier and younger. It is just as well-liked as massages as a spa service for relaxation and indulgence.

Basic facials may momentarily improve skin, but they cannot treat severe skin problems, such as wrinkles, hyperpigmentation, or acne that is more severe than very mild. These skin issues typically require more intensive treatments, like chemical peels, or laser procedures that stimulate collagen.

  • Please come makeup free, and avoid active products such as retinols, AHA and BHA for up to 1 week prior.
